Hand fractures are the most common in orthopedic surgery. In cases, conservative treatment is sufficient for stable fractures, but surgical required unstable that cannot be maintained after reduction, and with severe soft tissue injuries. management of hand focus should on restoring function fracture healing. Rapid rehabilitation exercises an important factor by reducing swelling at site, preventing joint stiffness, adhesion. Therefore, can minimize damage usually prioritized, specific situations, if intervention help facilitate early exercises, then it could a desirable choice. This review article aims to readers decide method presenting various methods academic basis those options.
